Virginia Bouton of Pound Ridge, 90, died July 8, 2026. The Bronx native was born on June 2, 1936. Bouton dedicated more than 40 years to working for the Bedford Central School District. She started out as a lunch aide at Pound Ridge Elementary School, before becoming an assistant teacher on the same campus.
