Pound Ridge Police Report, April 8-14

Tuesday, April 8

11:30 a.m. — No violations were observed during a radar patrol on Bayberry Way.  

12:45 p.m. — A domestic incident was reported and documented as having occurred at a Westchester Avenue address. No further information was provided. 

5:00 p.m — No violations were observed during a traffic enforcement on Westchester Avenue. 


Wednesday, April 9

9:00 a.m.— No violations were observed during a traffic detail on Westchester Avenue.  

10:46 p.m. — A male, age and condition not disclosed, was taken by Pound Ridge Volunteer Ambulance Corps to Northern Westchester Hospital. 

3:39 p.m. — A female, age and condition unknown, was taken to Stamford Hospital by Vista ambulance.  

5:02 p.m. — Larceny was reported at a residence on White Birch Lane. Police say the incident is under investigation and has been turned over to New York State Police.  


Thursday, April 10

9:20 am. — A driver traveling on Westchester Avenue was issued a summons for failing to stop at a stop sign. 

9:45 a.m. — A low hanging wire was reported on South Bedford Road. The utility was notified.  

8:30 p.m. — A female, age and condition unknown, was taken to Stamford Hospital by Pound Ridge Volunteer Ambulance Corps.  


Saturday, April 12

9:10 a.m. —Five summonses were issued to drivers traveling on Westchester Avenue: three speeding tickets; one summons for driving without a valid license; and a third driver was ticketed for driving to the left of pavement markings.   

10:30 p.m. — Police responded to an address on High Ridge Road for a reported domestic incident. No details were provided.  


Monday, April 14

3:30 a.m. — A female, age and condition unknown, was taken by Pound Ridge Volunteer Ambulance Corps to Northern Westchester Hospital.
