Bedford Earth Day Fest postponed until Sunday

Bedford’s Earth Day Festival has been postponed until tomorrow, Sunday, April 27, because of the weather.

The festival is from noon to 4 p.m. at Bedford Village Memorial Park.

“Oh, Mother Nature. Spring is doing her thing. The weather is weathering, and we simply cannot festival today,” Bedford 2020 said in a Saturday morning alert. “But we can throw the biggest, best Earth Day Fest tomorrow (Sunday, April 27th) when the rain clears up. Meet us at Bedford Village Memorial Park on Sunday, from 12 to 4 PM, for food, drinks, music, games, prizes, and so much sustainable FUN!”

While today’s weather is decidedly soggy, the National Weather Service expects Sunday to partly sunny with a high near 57 degrees. The forecast does not mention any rain.
