Westchester Book Festival returns to Katonah Nov. 7

The Westchester Book Festival will return on Saturday, Nov. 7. Organizers said it will have expanded roster of acclaimed authors, twice as many venues and double the number of literary sessions as last year’s inaugural event.
The Westchester Book Festival will feature award-winning novelists, journalists, historians, and cultural commentators in conversations spanning fiction, memoir, politics, history, and current affairs. Among this year’s speakers are:
• ‘Pemi Aguda, award-winning author of “One Leg on Earth”
• Ada Calhoun, memoirist, cultural critic, and author of “Crush”
• Madeline Cash, alt-lit writer and debut author of “Lost Lambs”
• Hernan Diaz, Pulitzer Prize winner and author of “Ply”
• Anand Giridharadas, New York Times bestselling author of “Winners Take All” and “Man in the Mirror”
• Malcolm Gladwell, New York Times bestselling author of “The Tipping Point” and “The American Way of Killing”
• Perrin Roosevelt Ireland, artist, environmentalist and author of “Poking the Squid”
• Elizabeth Kolbert, Pulitzer Prize winner and author of “The Sixth Extinction” and “Life on a Little-Known Planet”
• David McCloskey, former CIA analyst and author of “London Station”
• David Nasaw, award-winning biographer, historian, and author of “The Wounded Generation”
• Priya Parker, bestselling author of “The Art of Gathering” and author of “The Art of Fighting.”
• David Pogue, Emmy-winning correspondent and author of “Apple: The First 50 Years”
• Kevin Powers, New York Times bestselling author of “The Yellow Birds”
