Rockledge Farm, former estate of Bruce Willis, sells for $13.85 million

Westchester County has some of the country’s priciest homes, and the sprawling estate located at 617 Croton Lake Road, Bedford Hills, known as Rockledge Farm, is among them.

The home, on 26 acres south of the New Croton Reservoir, has five bedrooms, 7½ baths and some 10,000 square feet of living space. There’s a stone hearth in the great room, and a main bedroom with a balcony and outdoor shower.

It sold June 30 for $13.85 million, which was above the $13.55 million advertised price.

The estate also has a famous former owner, actor Bruce Willis of “Die Hard” fame. He sold it six years ago.

In the most recent sale, Coupa LLC purchased the property from Forever Farm LLC, in a listing represented by Brian Milton of Compass.

“The lovingly cultivated grounds are an immaculate backdrop to the free-form pool, Har-Tru tennis court, three-bedroom guest house, two-bedroom guest cottage, barn with golf simulator, and roaming alpacas which are an added delight,” the listing read.

There’s a vintage pool house with rooftop lounge, and three-bedroom guest house, two-bedroom guest cottage, and a barn.

TV-turned-movie star Willis and his wife, Emma Heming, bought Rockledge in 2014 for $12 million. Five years later they sold it for $7.6 million, a more than $5 million loss.
